Committees and Participation

We show our appreciation to teachers by helping support teacher events, providing teacher gifts and special holiday lunches, as well contributing to continuing education for the teachers.

The Events committee puts on monthly events to help engage the CDS community and provide opportunities for families to get to know each other while promoting a sense of community. 

To cultivate a culture of community engagement and environmental stewardship by connecting CDS student, parents, school leadership and external partners through meaningful initiatives. 

Our program aims to match host Buddy Families with new parents and students, creating a welcoming and supportive environment where they can receive support, insights about the school system, and navigate their new community. 

The Sports Booster Committee raises money to help support the student athletes by hosting clinics and other events that help further the knowledge and development of our athletes.

The Investment Committee brings activities in a few different areas to support our students in the classroom through social emotional health, community and environmental awareness, fun, and education.
